Abstract

Objective: The aim of this research is to Investigate The Impact of attitudes, subjective norms and perceived control on entrepreneurial intention of Non-Iranian Students of the International Ahlul bayt University in Tehran with the Moderating role of self-belief Self-Efficacy.
Methodology: This study is an Applied Research in term of Research Purpose and also a Descriptive-Survey in term of Data Collection Method and It has been implemented with a quantitative approach. The statistical population of this research consists of Master Degree students at Ahlulbayt International University. The data collection is questionnaire, and data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS4 software. To confirm the validity of the actions were taken, and to confirm the reliability of the tools "Cronbach's Alpha" test was conducted, yielding a coefficient of 0.781.
Results: attitude has a positive and significant impact on the willingness to engage in entrepreneurship, and perceived behavioral control also has a positive and significant impact on the willingness to engage in entrepreneurship; however, subjective norms did not have a significant impact on the willingness to engage in entrepreneurship. Self-efficacy, as an effective role in moderating the relationship between attitude and willingness to engage in entrepreneurship, did not have a significant relationship with subjective norms and willingness to engage in entrepreneurship, nor with perceived behavioral control and willingness to engage in entrepreneurship.
Conclusion: Based on the research findings, practical suggestions were made; accordingly, individuals can gain more motivation and focus by setting specific and measurable goals in the field of entrepreneurship.
